This page outlines our expected editorial calendar. The purpose of this document is to provide a rough timeline of our publishing process for our contributors. If you are a contributor who hasn’t heard from us regarding your submission in accordance with these dates, please reach out by email (ex************@gm***.com) or through our contact form.
SUBMISSIONS OPEN – Always
February, April, June, August, October, & December
READING PERIOD (this is when we review submission): The first 13 days of the month. Submissions received after the current reading period has closed will be held until the next reading period.
RESPONSE PERIOD: Notices of acceptance or rejection will be sent between the 14th and the last day of the month.
PDF PROOF: We will do our best to send a PDF proof of each issue to all contributors between the 7th & 9th day of the month. Please keep an eye out since we will have a short window for corrections before going live. But we will also make corrections after going live so let us know even after publish date.
January, March, May, July, September, November
PUBLICATION DATE: The 13th day of the month.
PAYMENT DATE: Contributor payments are sent on the 14th day of the month.
